Healthy Appetite

I think I will use this blog to talk about health, eating, and exercise. I try hard not to come off as one of those annoying 'health nuts' but sometimes I might seem that way to the friends on my livejournal who are not into health and fitness. So if you are here, you followed my link and I'd love to talk about food and being healthy with you, and I will offer any encouragement you need if you'd like to change your habits into healthy habits. Plus I will share any recipes I try, or find interesting and I will help you make your favorite recipes healthy.

Being healthy is NOT about just wanting to lose weight, that is a happy side effect though! Once you realize no one is going to make you healthy, and that if you want to be healthy only you can do it, you'll be surprised how easy it really is. Choices, moderation, and the realization that food is fuel will help you in breaking the junk food habit. So stop making excuses why you can't do something, and start making the changes that will lead to a healthier you.

Hi dear, I´m glad to see a blog by you. I´m trying to stay tuned with you, I added your linkie to my blogroll, so I can check regularly.
I bow to you, my nutrition is still so bad. Not so much junk food, but sweets instead. Maybe I can catch a few advices by you here and there to improve. :-)

Woo, health stuff!!

Ryan and I have gone nearly all organic. We still eat regular food, but we try to replace what we can with the organic options that are available to us. It's done a WORLD of good for us.

Good goin' Shel-babe. :*

Woo! Going organic will make a huge difference! You should think about doing a detox to help get rid of all the built up toxins and pesticides and the like from all the processed food we're sold over our lifetimes
